The Faculty of Technology Zvornik, University of East Sarajevo, and the Chinese-European Organization for Cultural Exchange and Cooperation Silk Road, have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. This agreement has emerged as a result of the desire of both parties to enhance educational and scientific exchange.

The aim of the agreement is to create conditions for educational exchange and experience sharing between the Faculty of Technology Zvornik and related institutions in the People’s Republic of China; all cooperation will be based on the principles of respect, trust, equality, mutual benefit, and complementarity.

The most significant benefits of implementing further activities, as defined in the memorandum, will be the future enhancement of the performance of the Faculty of Technology Zvornik through sincere and mutually beneficial cooperation in scientific-educational exchange and joint activities in improving scientific communication.

Activities to be implemented include but are not limited to the following list of activities:

• Organization and participation in conferences, seminars, workshops,
• Enhancement of intercultural skills,
• Exchange of students and teachers,
• Implementation of joint projects, and
• Connection with relevant companies.

During the period of cooperation, both sides will actively carry out activities with the aim of realizing the exchange of students, professors, and associates, as well as connecting with companies from both countries.
