Fourth-year students of the Faculty of Technology Zvornik, on December 28, 2023, with Prof. Dr. Zoran Petrović and assistant Nebojša Vasiljević within the subject Organic Chemical Technology 1, made a visit to the companies “Oil Refinery Modriča” Modriča and “Omorika recycling” Mali Prnjavor – Doboj.

In the Oil Refinery Modriča, students with technologists toured the production facilities where they became acquainted with the technologies of production of hydrocracked base oils, motor oils, a modern line for mixing and packaging, production of packaging for packaging and modern laboratories for quality control of raw materials and finished products. In the company “Omorika recycling” Mali Prnjavor – Doboj, they toured the plant for recycling PET bottles and production of PET regranulate, PET foils for thermoforming, and a laboratory for quality control.

The students are satisfied with the visit, and the management of the mentioned companies has shown interest in cooperating with our faculty in the future period.
