Collaboration with ICTM

The Institute of Chemistry, Technology, and Metallurgy (ICTM) is a nationally significant institute within the University of Belgrade, Republic of Serbia.

ICTM is a leading scientific research institution in the fields of chemistry, technology, and metallurgy in the territory of the Republic of Serbia. Established in 1961, it is dedicated to high-quality, multidisciplinary research, technological process development, and the application of scientific results in industry.

On Thursday, June 27, the Faculty of Technology Zvornik hosted Dr. Jasmina Stevanović, the director of ICTM and a scientific advisor. During her visit, the director familiarized herself with the potential of the Faculty of Technology Zvornik. The discussions and visit confirmed the need for intensified collaboration between the two institutions. It was agreed that a roundtable discussion would be organized in September to explore the possibilities of future cooperation.

ICTM boasts a team of over 150 doctoral researchers and is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. It is organized into six specialized scientific research centers covering various areas, including chemistry, electrochemistry, microelectronics technology, catalysis, materials, metallurgy, ecology, and techno-economics.

We believe that collaboration between the Faculty of Technology Zvornik and ICTM holds great potential for knowledge exchange, research, and the future development of the faculty. Organizing a roundtable in September will contribute to a better understanding of the opportunities for future cooperation and its further intensification.
